Professional development resources available through ASID provide learner-centric resources and experiences supporting career development and lifelong learning goals.
Content provided, sourced, vetted, and hosted by ASID Education builds understanding of interior design concepts and relevant skills for practical, on-the-job application with defined outcomes. Enriching and engaging learning experiences spark curiosity and inspire new ways of thinking. Education Providers, including Industry Partners, Practitioners, and Educators, support learners in advancing their careers. Through Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Learning Resources, ASID offers channels to reach learners through programs, events, and online learning. Refer to the ASID Education Guidelines when developing new content. Become an ASID Knowledge Contributor to host on-demand professional development content on the ASID Academy.
Current and aspiring interior design continuing education providers who want to reach the ASID audience should use the ASID Education Guidelines when developing content. The intent is to provide the best possible experience for learners to support the advancement of the interior design profession. The ASID Education Guidelines along with Best Practices for Content Development are tools to help organize and structure content to be delivered through ASID platforms and programs.
The ASID Knowledge Contributors program provides the opportunity for ASID members (Industry Partners, Practitioners, and Educators) to host on-demand professional development content on the ASID Academy, the online resource to support career development and growth for interior designers.
Content including CEUs or other learning resources will be peer reviewed by ASID volunteer experts for inclusion on curated catalogs on the ASID Academy. Your thought leadership will be featured in front of your target audience as a vetted resource for interior designers.
